Main Goals of the Organization and Practical realization |
The main goal of the CDD is a long-term PROGRAM of prophylaxis of dis-eases for children from socially unprotected layers of population. Realization: after receiving donations for the next action, the CDD brings its ultrasonic medical equipment to social or general educational establishments for children , where then charitable ultrasonic tests of organs of abdominal cavity and kidneys are carried out en masse (selectively UT of thyroid gland). Children with detected changes in organs are advised then in children's establishment immediately after the UTs by our experts (gastroen-terologist, urologist) which is also free-of-charge and, if need be, are sent to be treated in hospitals or in out-patient clinics. In this way prophylactic measures are most effective because diseases and ailments are revealed at early stages. Stuff members of establishments in questions (teachers, medical specialists and tutors) can also have UTs free-of-charge. Through such social measures the CCD upkeeps and improves health conditions of Omsk children and women. |
Results of disease prevention measures for socially unprotected children and women of Omsk |

The results of 2912 ultrasonic tests and 893 consultations for 2645 children, as well as 637 ultrasonic tests and 15 consultations for 558 women, show, that every 3d or 4th child and every 3d or 5th woman require medical treatment or additional tests. |
