	Results of disease prevention measures for socially unpro-tected children and women of Omsk

The frequency of ultrasonic changes of internal organs in the time of charitable ultrasonic examinations and consultations were conducted by CCD for children and women from poor parts of population in the Omsk children’s home № 4 in September 1999 year

The dislocation of the hip head to the right was found at one child and the delay of the ossification was found at 1 man.

39 children have been consulted by children's specialists after ultrasonic examinations (37,14%). 9 children were sent to the hospital for inpatients (8,57%). Ambulance treatment and control was prescribed to the 24 children (22,86%).

44 children have been consulted by children's specialists after ultrasonic examinations (41,9%). 30 children were sent to the hospital for inpatients (28,57%). Ambulance treatment and control was prescribed to the 14 children (13,33%).

Data about women-employees

The considerable pathology (stones in the gall bladder or in kidneys, polypus of the fall-bladder, the removal of kidney, the polycyst of kidney, dilation of the pelvis) was revealed at 13 employees at the time of 29 ultrasonic examinations of the abdomen, of kidney.

21 considerable pathologies (changes of echostructure, the increasing size, the knots or cysts) were found at the time of 77 ultrasonic examinations (27,27 % from 63), of kidney.

106 ultrasonic examinations of abdomen with kidneys or ultrasonic examinations of thyroid gland were conducted by CCD for 83 teachers, for medical workers, as for socially defensible people. The considerable pathology (stones in the gall-bladder or in the kidneys, the increasing of the thyroid gland or knots in the thyroid gland etc.) was revealed at those women. The 40,96 % from examined women had pathology. 13 pathologies of women from 83 women were found at first.CCD executed 4 ultrasonic examinations of small pelvis organs in the same place. The lesion processes, diffusive changes of ovaries, the condition after surgical intervention were revealed.
